We understand what hygiene means to you. Though clothes are processed in shared machines, hygiene is strictly maintained by our management team in terms of machinery and environment.
How do you take care of hygiene while processing?
We are very sensitive towards hygiene — all clothes are treated with antiseptic liquids and UV-treated to make sure they are disinfected.
How can I pay?
The Laundry Box offers online payment or Cash on Delivery. We also accept UPI — pay by Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM or Paytm.

Terms & Conditions

By availing our services you agree to the following terms.

  1. Company is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the article such as money, jewellery, or anything else.
  2. All garments are handled with the greatest care but there is a possibility of discolouring or shrinkage. Such garments will be processed after OWNER'S consent.
  3. Removal of all types of stains cannot be guaranteed but all scientific methods will be adopted for stain removal.
  4. It is not possible to examine each & every garment by our service personnel at the time of collection; these garments will be critically examined at our processing unit. The report in this regard must be accepted by the owner.
  5. Company gives a warranty of maximum up to 7 days from the date of delivery for any quality-related issues with washing or dry-cleaning of articles (only if the article has not been used by the customer after service). Any claim after the stipulated time shall not be entertained.
  6. Company is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the article such as money, jewellery, or anything else.
  7. Customers are requested to count the articles at the time of delivery and inform the delivery man in case of missing articles. Company will not be responsible for any such claims after the delivery has been accepted by the customer.
  8. Company accepts no liability for any loss or damage of articles arising due to fire, burglary etc. beyond conduct or any other similar unforeseen causes.
  9. Delivery of every garment must be taken within fifteen days of the date mentioned in the receipt. Any issues after the stipulated time shall not be entertained.
  10. In case any loss or damage of garments falls under condition no. 5 above, company can reimburse up to a maximum of 5 times of its processing (laundry or dry-cleaning) cost (the decision on any reimbursement remains with the company) only if the customer is able to produce the bills. Compensation shall be provided in the form of services and no cash will be given to the customer.
  11. Tariff for designer wear will be decided on a case-to-case basis depending on the complexity of the garment; the same shall be communicated to the customer after it is examined by the expert at the processing centre.
  12. Some processes/items may require an additional period to process. No deduction on the billed amount or claim can be initiated in respect of delays.
  13. Company reserves the right to refuse cleaning of any garment.
  14. Any dispute shall be subject to Balasore jurisdiction.
